Delivery

Every TENDRA Pure™ shower head ships free in the UK. Add a spare cartridge for just £7 more (usually £18) and get three more months of filtered showers. Shop TENDRA Pure™

• We deliver worldwide. Every order is dispatched from our UK warehouse within 1–3 working days.
• We send orders with Royal Mail 48, which usually takes 2–3 working days after dispatch, so most orders arrive within 3–6 working days of being placed. Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays.
• International orders usually arrive within 5–10 working days of dispatch. Your country may charge import duties or taxes on delivery; these aren't included in our prices and are paid by the recipient.
• We'll email you as soon as your order is dispatched, with a tracking link if your parcel is tracked.
• Refill membership orders are dispatched automatically on your renewal date, and we'll email you each time.
• If your parcel hasn't arrived within 7 working days of dispatch (15 for international orders), email us and we'll chase it with the carrier. If it's lost or damaged in transit, we'll send a replacement or refund you.
• Please double-check your address at checkout. If a parcel comes back to us because the address was wrong, we'll contact you to arrange redelivery, which may carry a charge.

Returns: our 30-day trial

We want you to try TENDRA Pure™ properly. If you're not happy with your shower head for any reason, return it within 30 days of delivery, even if you've fitted and used it, for a full refund of what you paid for it.

   We'll reply with the address and instructions. Please don't send anything back before you hear from us.

   Send it back

   Pack it securely, ideally in its original box, and use a tracked service. Keep your proof of postage.

• Return postage: if you've changed your mind, the cost of sending it back is yours. If an item is faulty, damaged or not what you ordered, we cover it.
• Replacement cartridges: for hygiene reasons, cartridges that have been fitted or used can't be returned unless they're faulty. Unused cartridges in their sealed packaging can be returned within 30 days.
• Free gifts: if your order included a free item through a promotion and you return the main item, please return the free item too, or we may deduct its full price from your refund.
• Exchanges: the quickest way is to return the item for a refund and place a new order.

Refunds

We refund to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving your return. If you return your order within 14 days of delivery, we also refund the standard delivery charge you paid. Your bank may take a few extra days to show it.

Faulty or damaged items

Please check your order when it arrives. If anything is faulty, damaged or incorrect, email us with your order number and a photo. We'll send a replacement or refund you in full, including any delivery costs.
